How does pick up and delivery work for laundry?

Our pickup and delivery service is very simple. Simply schedule a pickup and put your laundry bag out where our drivers can see it. Our delivery driver will pick up your clothes and return them on your next delivery day.

Is your pickup & delivery service really free?

Yes it is! You don't pay any delivery fees, and you will receive the same great pricing as our in-store locations.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a $20 minimum for wash and fold delivery.

Do you pick up and deliver to apartments?

We’ll need to figure out the best way for our driver to deliver to your residence while you are not at home. In most cases, the best solution is to provide us with a building key. This will allow you to have your clothes picked up and delivered right to your apartment door.

Do I have to be home for pick up and deliveries?

No you do not. You just have to simply leave your garment bag out for pick ups and we'll drop it off at an agreed upon location on your delivery day.

I scheduled a delivery for the first time. What do I put the clothes in?

You can place your clothes in any disposable bag. If you have any special instructions, please leave a note in the bag. We will return your cleaned clothes to you with a brand new Magic Cleaners garment bag for you to use on future orders.
